The Enchanted Ring

The Enchanted Ring is an enchanting puppet show by from the Olde World Puppet Theatre. This exciting Princess adventure comes to the Portland Puppet Museum’s Outdoor Garden Theater for three very special live family performances in July!
What’s beautiful young Princess Kathryn to do when her favorite birthday present gets pilfered on the morning of her ninth birthday?
Join us for a madcap adventure as Princess Kathryn dons a suit of armor, battles spooky spiders, rescues a fairy, charms a pixie pirate, and bedazzles a unicorn, all in a single afternoon.
This is a delightful comedy perfect for the entire family. The show is approx. 45 minutes long.
Tiny Tot Show is early in the morning for preschool children who nap in the afternoons.
Tickets are $15 each, ages 3 and up.
Zombies & Goddesses – Dinner Theater Fundraiser and Afternoon Matinee performance
Come on out to our special fundraising event and help us raise the funds we need to keep the museum open 4 days a week for all as we create a full dinner theater experience, prepared by Nina Oberlin, and Allen Cadwell Jr, top rated Oregon Chefs.
The evening begins with a small social with fine Spirits as we head on out to the outdoor theater and enjoy a full dinner featuring smoked salmon, BBQ brisket, tequila lime grilled chicken, vegetarian stuffed peppers, salad, risotto, and cream brûlée with a fruit chutney.
Saturday Dinner Theater Fundraiser tickets are $60.00 per person, or two for $100.00. Sunday afternoon matinee tickets are $15.00 each, recommended ages 7 and up.
Zombies and Goddesses
Journey back in time with us through the ancient tomes of history as Melvin the ticket usher Zombie finds the courage to investigate the birth of puppetry. Convinced that his world wide research will make a fascinating tale he begins only to find he has mistakenly resurrected two powerful Goddesses of the ancient world. Historical and hysterical puppetry ensues as Melvin and his assistant butt heads with these two epic women of legend! Written and produced by Nina Oberlin of Shadow Streak Productions.
