Building Pulp-Headed Hand Puppets

Join artists Heidi and Steve in building custom designed pulp-headed hand puppets from recycled materials. Workshops include six hours of instruction (two 3-hour sessions), supplies, materials, tools, fun, curiosity, learning, and collaboration. All levels of artistic experience welcome. Ages 11+ (pre-teens, teens, adults, and seniors.) Workshop fee: $80

Sculpting Puppets with Josi Flynn

Josi is a ceramic artist that sculpts little animals out of porcelain. She started out as a child creating her own polymer clay figurines which eventually led to her getting her BFA in Ceramics. Now she works from her pink studio making whimsical scenes of various animal sculptures, jewelry, and mold making.

♡ Class description ♡

Learn to make fun polymer clay stick puppets or sculptures! You’ll learn what shapes to make, how to make them, color mixing, and finish them in the oven to harden! Josi has been making clay animals for 15 years and loves to share her knowledge for either beginners or advanced sculpture.

Workshop Tickets are $45.00 per person (all workshop materials included)
